What we collect from this site
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email, organisation, and message you send. We use that only to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell contact lists.
Client systems
When we host or build software for a SACCO or a firm, we process member, staff, and transaction data under that organisation’s instructions. Access is limited to people who need it for delivery and support. We keep logs for security and audit.

This site may use essential cookies so pages load and forms work. If we add analytics later, we will say so here.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and our professional records. Client data follows the contract for that system.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Kenyan data protection law applies.
